Shipping Policy
1] Shipping within India is INR 100 irrespective of the number of items bought.
2] Shipping is free on purchases above INR 2500.
3] Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the product details.
4] Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at contact@thepeacockstudio.in within 2 hours of placing the order.
5] Our delivery time is usually 2-7 working days within India, depending upon your location in the country. Most orders are delivered within 4 working days.
Returns and Exchange Policy
We at The Peacock Studio aim at giving best customer service as possible. Returns/exchange allowed in below mentioned cases :
1] If received Damaged / Defective Product.{ Unboxing video is must }
2] If received wrong product.{ Unboxing video is must }
No Refund & Exchange will be given in the Following Cases.
1] We will not refund if the address is found incorrect or outdated.
2] We will not Exchange or Return with Minor colour and design variation Due to the differences in displays of computers / laptops / phones or may be photographic lighting sources the colour of the image and product may slightly differ. Also, we already clarified that each product is handcrafted by traditional craft artisan.
3] We will not refund or exchange if we received a used product.
4] In case of refund approved, only Product value will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or alterations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Thereafter we will try to accommodate your request but we cannot guarantee it is possible since processing begins once your order is placed.
